I’ll save you some time, read this instead.

Hey friend!
You have no idea how happy I am that you’re here! Feel free to grab a cup of joe or tea or heck, wine not a glass of rosé (ya see what I did there?), and take a peek around. I’m here to provide you with tips, tricks, and tools for a healthy lifestyle, inspiring lessons from my personal experiences, advice for your career and creating content, health and wellness journey inspo, including delicious recipes to add to your weekly meal prep, and share the brands I can’t live without.
I hope you find something that inspires, motivates, or even empowers you to be the best version of yourself in your lifestyle, career, health & wellness, and fitness journey while you’re here.
If you see something you like, feel free to share it on social media with your friends and tag me in it with #TheTwentySomethingPRGirl.
xoxo

A little bit about me…
Born, raised, and residing in the Finger Lakes region of beautiful New York State, where my cats, dogs, and horses were the closest thing I had to siblings. I grew up and had free-range of my parent’s small horse farm to play and let my entrepreneurial spirit run wild with my best friend and our many businesses we thought up as kids. I’m full of passion and drive to go after whatever sets my soul on fire.
I hope by now you know I am The Twenty-Something PR Girl. You may have previously known me as Your Twenty-Something PR Girl when I first started my blog, but I decided ‘the’ sounds a lot better than ‘your’, so here we are. The PR stands for public relations and I am grateful to be equipped with knowledge of the industry from some of the best at SUNY Oswego. I’m now an experienced communications professional, with an exceptional love for writing, event planning, branding, promotion, and content creation.
My healthy lifestyle stems from Tone It Up and continues to evolve. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still enjoy a good donut occasionally, but I love fueling my body with whole foods and clean ingredients. You can find me in the kitchen every Sunday, dancing and getting my meal prep on. On the other days of the week, my mornings start with either a strength training or cardio sweat sesh (cardio kickboxing is my fav!), or yoga. Speaking of yoga, I was so inspired by what yoga did for me during a stressful season in my life that I decided to pursue yoga teacher training in 2018, in an effort to share the same experience with my community, and continue to grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
