Self-care December calendars are back for 2021! We start on Sunday, December 5 and have exactly four weeks of daily self-care activities. You have the option to make your own calendar or follow the one with a daily self-care activity already picked out for you. These calendars are free to download to your computer or phone and even print to hang on your fridge if the option is available to you.
